Buona Terra, a contemporary Italian and fine-dining restaurant, has been awarded one Michelin star for the fourth year.
Since its founding in 2012, Buona Terra — holding firm to its moniker ‘Good Earth’ – has brought to the table contemporary Italian gastronomy at its most authentic and refined. 10 years on, Buona Terra unveiled new, sophisticated interiors and an elevated dining experience. Helming the transformation of prized artisanal ingredients into contemporary works of art is Chef Denis Lucchi, 11 year-resident. Brilliant reinvention of tradition and a resolute pursuit for excellence has brought Buona Terra into the coveted Michelin fold in 2019, 2021, and 2022.
Following this evening’s announcement by Michelin Guide Singapore, Chef Denis of Buona Terra shares his thoughts on being awarded the esteemed accolade for the fourth year:
“I am thrilled to receive this acknowledgement for the fourth year in a row. The recognition is a fantastic result that speaks of the dedication and effort of our entire team, which has been crucial to Buona Terra’s incredible progress. We will continue to work hard and push ourselves for constant improvement and the realisation of new, exciting goals like a new concept that we will reveal later this year.”
Buona Terra continues to forge ahead — anticipate the introduction of a new concept this year, a manifestation of commitment to reaching for greater heights.
